Response: I have been using Utrecht matte medium from Blick. It is thicker than fluid medium, more like a really soft gel. The trick is a delicate balance between enough glue to make it stick, yet not enough to wrinkle... :P I'm glad you like it!

Response: I made the mistake of using glue stick...Grrrrrr...It always comes back to bite me, even though I used the Elmer's Extreme. That's it! I will only use fluid medium from now on!

Response: I mostly use fluid matte medium and gel medium for anything heavier. It seems to do the trick! :)
