EJ: Ephemera Scavenger Hunt

Choose at least 10 things from the list of "hints" below to send to your partner

• something sticky on one side (not a store-bought sticker)

• something tiny (less than 3 inches square)

• something that was attached to something else

• something with the colour red on it

• something that was cut out of a book or magazine

• something vintage

• something relating to transportation

• something related to merchandise or packaging

• something seasonal (as in fall, spring, summer or winter)

• something from some junk mail

• something with words on it

• something with a quote on it

• something related to reading/books

• something starting with the letter C

There no right or wrong choices for this list. For those items that are maybe hard to "connect" to a hint from the list, a little explanation for your partner as to how you arrived at that choice, might be helpful.

While some items can obviously represent more than one hint from the list such as a clothing tag, which can represent both something related to merchandise or packaging as well as something that was attached to something else, among others..each hint must be represented separately.

Put your chosen goodies in an handmade envie, say from a calendar, altas page or other book page and send off to your partner. Send a package you would be happy to receive!

Use only genuine emphemera. No print outs please.
