Hey there, I'm Leigh! I'm a mid 20's crazy cat lady who loves books and drinks a lot of matcha.

I have two cats, a 4 year old calico named Lucy Goose and a 9 year old black cat named Violet. They're my favourite people, LOL (don't tell my boyfriend).

I've gotten back into being a voracious reader, as of April, I've read 70 books/graphic novels/manga in 2024. Check out my books section for more :)

I also collect blind box figurines, usually Sanrio/San-X, Calico Critters/Sylvanian Families, Pokemon, Studio Ghibli, and Snoopy/Peanuts!

My favourite colours are pastel purples, pinks, and blues.

I am obsessed with stickers, my drawers are literally overflowing but that will never stop me from getting more haha.

I love collecting postcards from around the world. I used to do Postcrossing, but for some reason Canada Post doesn't have postcard rate stamps, so it sadly became quite expensive to be sending so many postcards internationally :(

I got back into reading in 2023 and managed to read 118 books & graphic novels! I bought myself a kindle e-reader last summer and now I rarely leave the house without it.

As of the end of April, I've read 70 books in 2024! I know that sounds like a lot, but most of them have been graphic novels, comics, and manga. I fell in love with them last year and decided to explore as much as possible this year. There is nothing quite like a good story illustrated with breathtaking art (or a funny story accompanied by goofy art).

My fav genres are: women vs. the void, contemporary romance, slice of life, sci-fi, fantasy, dystopia, thriller/suspense, horror, memoirs, and essay collections.

I love l stickers of all shapes and forms, but I mainly use ones from Stickii, Pipsticks, Four Bears, Mrs. Grossman's, and small businesses.

I post a lot of my stickering on my Instagram, so feel free to check it out and don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to do a sticker swap!

I love anything, but I specifically love stickers, washi tape, postcards, small envelopes, memo pads/sheets, any art, and pretty paper!

Oh, and more importantly, please write me a little note (if you have the time)! My absolute favourite part of snail mail is getting to see glimpses of people's personalities and lives. You can write absolutely anything for me, hell, you could even send your grocery list for the week and I would be happy to read it!

I'm not a very picky person, but please don't send me...

• Anime/manga stuff unless it's something I have listed above, I have really specific tastes

• Anything related to mothers

• Kiddy stuff (i.e. disney/pixar)

• Religious stuff, I respect everyone's beliefs, but I have no interest in receiving religious-related stuff.

• Anything you wouldn't want to receive!

I love making people smile, so I always try my best to put a bit of extra effort into my swaps. There's nothing like feeling absolutely spoiled by a stranger, is there?

I always send on time, but sometimes mail gets picked up every other day from the community mailbox I send at.

I always rate as soon as I receive a swap, and if there is an issue I will reach out before rating negatively.

Overall though, this is just a hobby and it's not as serious as some people make it out to be. I don't really make a big deal out of it, because at the end of the day, I think we're all trying our best with what we've got :)
