Hey there, I'm Leigh! I'm a 23 year old university student who dabbles in what feels like a million different hobbies!

I'm a spoonie and an INFP.

I think one of my most defining characteristics is that I'm absolutely a crazy cat lady, I have two spoiled little girls - Violet and Goose. I talk about them whenever I can, they're my favourite people, haha.

My favourite colours are pastel purples, pinks, and blues. I'm really into the "Danish Pastel" aesthetic right now.

I am absolutely obsessed with stickers, my sticker drawers are literally overflowing. I love adding to TPC's (traveling sticker postcards) and sticker bombing envelopes!

I recently started Postcrossing and I've really been loving it, even though my wallet has been suffering as Canada Post doesn't offer postcard rate stamps (sigh).

After a long battle with a dissociative disorder and ADHD, I've finally started to delve back into reading fiction again! I don't get to read as much as I'd like due to the ridiculous amount of academic readings I have to do, but my goal for 2023 is 25 books - feel free to follow me on GoodReads!

I haven't really read enough lately to determine favourites, but I really enjoy the following genres: short stories, women vs. the void, thriller/suspense, sci-fi, true crime, memoirs, essay collections, etc...

I love l stickers of all shapes and forms, but I mainly use ones from Stickii, Pipsticks, Four Bears, Mrs. Grossman's, and small businesses.

As I mentioned, I've recently gotten into Postcrossing, so I would really love more interesting postcards in my collection! I really love art, animals, quotes, and comics, but I will be grateful for anything :)

I love anything, but I specifically love postcards, stickers, small envelopes, memo pads/sheets, any art, and pretty paper!

Oh, and more importantly, please write me a little note (if you have the time)! My absolute favourite part of snail mail is getting to see glimpses of people's personalities and lives. You can write absolutely anything for me, hell, you could even send your grocery list for the week and I would be happy to read it!

I'm not a very picky person, but please don't send me...

• Anime stuff unless it's something I have listed, I don't watch it and have no use for it.

• Anything related to mothers

• Kiddy stuff (i.e. disney/pixar)

• Religious stuff, I respect everyone's beliefs, but I have no interest in receiving religious-related stuff.

• Anything you wouldn't want to receive!

I love making people smile, so I always try my best to put a bit of extra effort into my swaps. There's nothing like feeling absolutely spoiled by a stranger, is there?

I always send on time, but sometimes mail gets picked up every other day from the community mailbox I send at.

I always rate as soon as I receive a swap, and if there is an issue I will reach out before rating negatively.

Overall though, this is just a hobby and it's not as serious as some people make it out to be. I don't really make a big deal out of it, because at the end of the day, I think we're all trying our best with what we've got :)
