UPDATE: 12/8/2011 I am finally settled in my home and now have internet back on so I am hoping to get back into swapping and get these taken care of. I am sorry if I owe you anything and hope you will allow me to make it up to you somehow, someway. Thanks so much.

I am 27 years old and have a rare cancer gene. With this gene it's not a matter of IF you are going to get cancer it's a matter of WHEN. SO I am going to get a mastectomy with reconstruction and a hysterectomy. I am just awaiting a surgeon to call me and set up my consultation which should be within the next week. Plus I am going to college, taking care of my 10 year old son and my 85 year old grandpa so I have a lot on my plate. I am not perfect and I hope that people will be understanding and bear with me. Thanks!

Basically I have been a single mom for 10 years. I love to write and send and receive things in the mail. I was asking around about pen pals and things when I heard about this site and was very excited once I started looking around and seeing what all is available. I am so excited and looking forward to sending and receiving tons of mail!

Favorite Books

I love to read. I love true to life stories and books that were turned into movies! I LOVE Nicholas Sparks and Jemima J.

Favorite Music

I love country, rock, alternative, well ok I love any music as long as it has a good tune and good lyrics. I like a song that means something. A song I can relate to.

Favorite Movies

Wow. I am not sure what my favorite movies would be. Probably Broken Bridges, Full Metal Jacket, etc. It's hard for me to pick one favorite. There are SO many good movies out there.

Favorite Television

Favorite Television.....wow. Um. I love Big Brother..it should be on all year. Plain Jane. One Life to Live. I really like true to life stories period whether it be on tv, books, etc.

Collections/ Misc.

I love to collect Frogs and Tinkerbell! I also have a hug collection of Pens but I need some more! I need some fancy ones. I love to write! I love horses, dogs, etc. There really isn't much that I don't like!

WISH LIST

I would like STATIONARY! ALL STATIONARY ESPECIALLY WITH ENVELOPES!!! I have a few pen pals always looking for more and I don't like writing on regular white paper :( It just looks better on colorful and designed paper lol

Comment: pretty pathetic to flake on a letter for a Bible study group. May 2011 update: Thanks for sending a letter, I do appreciate your taking the time to send. Hope you understand that since it was so late, I cannot in good conscience rate a 5.
Response: It is also pathetic to not message someone and let them know that you did not receive. Also like you said it's a Bible Study Group thus usually means Christians and your behavior is very unChristian like
