I like the ABC idea of telling you about myself so here goes!
A, Animals. I love animals and nature. Anything botanical is appreciated!
B, Bread. I used to be a baker but do most of my baking for family and friends now. I love cookie cutters and any small kitchen gadgets. Recipe cards. If you have a family recipe that you are willing to share, I'm game! Could be preserves, pasta or how to cure deer meat! I'm up for it!
C, Chocolate. I know this is weird but i'm actually allergic to chocolate. I can have white chocolate because it is just candy. Hubby loves any chocolate!
D, Destination. We love to travel! Especially in Europe. We have lived in Europe twice and visit occasionally.
E, Eggs. I have a small flock of backyard chickens (currently 5) that give me wonderful fresh eggs! I love any chicken themed things.
F, Foodie. I'm such a big foodie! I have a library of cookbooks! I would love to get into recipe or cookbook swaps. Maybe we could exchange spices or spice blends. Being near Memphis we have alot of BBQ sauces and spice blends available.
G, Grocery. I worked in a grocery store as a cashier. Most of the local kids called me the "Sticker Lady" because I handed out cool stickers. I'm retired now and I love it!
H, Home. I'm originally from California. My younger son and his family live near Sacramento and we try to visit a couple times a year.
I, Italy. We lived there for a while on Sicily and have traveled the whole length. My favorite place in Rome is Trevi fountain so thats how my pom got her name.
J, Japan. We lived in Japan for three years and I LOVE sushi! You might see a few japanese themed things from me.
K, Kids. Two grown boys, two wonderful grandsons and a beautiful granddaughter. I write them letters (long distance sadly) all the time and send little goodies. So ideas you have for grandkid goodies is most welcome! My older grandson 14, thinks this is silly. My younger grandson's name is Dale. He is 4 years old and loves Blaze and the monster trucks. In fact he loves any kind of vehicle. They both love books! Any new story book has to be stopped and read on the spot. They line up their little figures and toys so they can read with them. It's so cute! Sloane is 2 and loves unicorn\horse\pony anything! About twice a month we face time while we both watch the same movie on Netflix or Prime. It's the closest way we get to spend time with them and we love it!
L, Lighthouses. Just a favorite theme of mine. We used to live in Virginia near the coast.
M, Memphis. Memphis is our closest big city. We live only a few miles from Graceland and pass by there often. If you are an Elvis fan let me know so I can work something up for you.
N, Notebooks. I call my small notebooks my memory. I use and carry at least one with me everywhere. They are usually filled with lists, appointments, numbers and to-dos. For those of us with a few years under their belt you can surely understand the idea. I'm always happy to get a new notebook!
O, Open-minded. You can tell me your an "A" with "B" tendencies. I'm a no judgement kind of person. You do you boo!
P, Pets. Trevi is my wonderful pomeranian little girl! Please expect to get pictures and notes from her! She is my "glued to my hip dog" and does almost everything that I do. I would love to hear about your pets and Trevi would love to hear from them. She has her own seat in my craft room and approves each swap. Trevi says "Any traditional dog snacks/toys welcome"! No allergies.
Q, Questions. Please message me if you have any questions. I don't mind.
R, Reumitoid Arthritis. Please excuse me if my handwriting is not always perfect. Crafting helps keep my hands working but my handwriting is not always the best.
S, Salty-crunchy. Since I'm not a big sweets eater I love anything salty, crunchy or cheesy! Boy, my hips show it too!
T, Trucker. Our oldest son is, and my father was, a truck driver. I go on trips with him occasionally and get to pick up cool things from different places. Please give our truckers space on the road. They are working very hard to meet the sometimes grueling deadlines that suppliers are asking for. He may get only 3 or 4 true days off a month. I do have to say though that his company is very caring and they try not to work him too hard. Roll on and be safe!
U, Understanding. I'm a very understanding person. Things happen and mistakes happen. I won't ever be judgmental about you or especially anything you send.
V, Vanilla. Although I like the flavor of vanilla I'm not a fan of vanilla scented things.
W, Writer. My younger son and his wife are writers. Sometimes it amazes me how creative they are. Must have gotten it from me. Lol.
X, Xamples. Examples of things I like to make. I usually work in fall or blue tones. Sometimes I will swing way off and do something super pink and kawaii for fun.
Y, Y don't we go camping? We have a travel trailer and go camping often. Usually its is because there is a great farmers market or craft show nearby. Trailer themed things are most welcome!
Z, Zone. I like to get in "the zone" when I'm crafting. Sometimes it's several hours before I get something just right and it is always time well spent.
I am Christian. Please share your thoughts and opinions with me. None of us can appreciate the values we each have without having experienced other people and their culture. ALL cultures.
Things I like;
Junk journal art. My junk journal is antique kitchen, herbs, apothecary, vintage baking and cooking or vegetable garden.
I love the William Morris aesthetic! Deep rich colors. Florals and flowing designs.
Pieces of old lace, embroidery and stitching.
Do you have a recipe that is a go to in your family? Could be a soup or a salad- maybe a jam or cookie or anything. I would love to add it to my swap-bot recipe box!
Shiney things, like interesting strings of beads that you can get at craft stores. Did you find a super sale clearance item and want to share? Yay! Tags and all!
Sequins, glitter and things that can be used in shakers.
Mint type, cinnamon, green or chai teas are my favorites but I'm always ready for something new and different! YAY! COFFEE! Drink mixes - more YAY! In the trailer they go to make yummy drinks at the campsite!
Small or travel sized games. We have cards and play cribbage and Uno on too hot or rainy trailer days.
Cards of charms. Especially colorful ones. Extra points for clearance finds!
Any die-cuts you would like to share.
Letter sets.
Enamel pins. Animals, Japanese themed, nature, moons and stars.
Interesting pens, pencils and highlighters.
STICKERS! I'm a sticker nut! Washi stickers and ephemera designs are my favorites.
Interesting trims, ribbons, strings, fringe and crazy crap. If you have a few samples you could send me that would be awesome.
Anything with a pomeranian on it.
Nautical things. Anchors, ships, ropes and fishing nets. Also beach scenes and waves.
I have a slight washi tape addiction and I'm ok with it!
Forest themed items. Foxes, bears, squirrels, trees, leaves and mountains. I love the Sierra Nevada mountain range! It's my home and my heart!
I have a secret love of Hello Kitty and friends. Especially stationery and kitchen items.
Japanese things and Japanese images. Cherry blossom flowers and trees! Japanese cat things.
No thank you please:
Vanilla scented things.
Chocolate (allergy).
Risky graphic humor.

After having opened everything, let me just say WOW! Like double, maybe even triple wow, lol! I can't thank you enough for the time and effort you put into this swap. It was so absolutely perfect. The last day's gift made me tear up a bit! What a lovely book of poetry! Thank you so much for sharing it with me. It so delicate and just absolutely beautiful. I was speechless. My partner and I had a ton of fun reading the daily jokes and opening the little gifts. It was cute to see him get involved. We've been having a rough patch so this was a moment every day that brought us together that we both enjoyed, and no amount of thanks you's is enough for that, but thank you anyway. I hope that you have a wonderful Valentine's day and truly best wishes from me and mine to you and yours <3
Captain's log day 1: It's 8:30 a.m. and I have opened the box! Holy cow, lol! What treat! I can't thank you enough for how awesome you made this entire package! It's so special and unique to me and I absolutely love it! The monogrammed items are gorgeous! <3 My partner had to discourage me from going through all of the envelopes and looking at the jokes! I LOVE them! lol! I can't wait to open everything else, but I'm trying really hard to be good. I'll keep you updated as I go along. Thank you again for an amazing swap!! <3
Thank you so much for the get well card you sent to my son. Also, for the Elvis recipe postcard. I am going to try that recipe for the banana pudding. So kind of you!
