Catmaid

Hi there! I'm in my early 20's and is relatively new in penpaling and swapping. I'm currently studying at a university and divide the rest of my time with penpalling, my part time job, and church.

I'm a cat mom of two chonks. One is a ginger the other is somewhat of a calico. They are both very playful with each other, doesn't like snuggles, and definitely thinks I'm their hooman slave. But I love them anyways. 💖

Here are five facts about me:

1. I love the color purple 💜 especially the shade of lavender. My next two favorite colors, which are white 🌫 and yellow 💛 but that's not something people know about me. Keep it between us ;)

2. I'm more of a mermaid than human. I love being near the sea and I enjoy activities that are made to appreciate the ocean even more. 🧜‍♀

3. If you still don't know this that I'll state the obvious: yes, I'm a cat person. But I like dogs as well, not as much as cats. 🐱

4. Florals. I seem to drawn to them, I'm not quite sure why. I realized it when I started to penpal. 🌸🌼🌻

5. I'm a sucker for fruity teas. So if you can spare me some, I'd really appreciate that. But it's not necessary. Unless stated in the swap. 😅

From my list, I guess one can conclude that my aesthetic leans towards vintage. I'm not sure myself and don't want to keep my options closed. For now, I'm trying out a lot of styles and ways to put together a mail or a project.

I love watching a good thriller, suspense and action-adventure like the Jaws, Deep Blue Sea, Saw, Poseidon and etc. Also, hello Japanese and other Asian horrors!

But I won't pass up a good romance. My all-time favorite romance would be A Walk to Remember.

Of course, the list of Disney Princesses movies should also be included on my list. Not skipping The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Mulan, Beauty and the Beast, Princess and the Frog, Frozen, and Tangled. I'm a big fan of Disney, and yes that includes Studio Ghibli! 💖

I started liking books at a very young age. The first books that I liked so much were the Nancy Drew books. That lead me into the world of mystery and suspense. So, I greatly appreciate it.

Some of the books that really left a huge impression on me were the Hunger Games Triology, Divergent Triology, and a book titled Epsilon. Those were my high school and college days. Currently, I'm finding it hard to read but I'm finishing up on Kafka on the Shore

I'll break this down into three parts:

Anime

I do love a good anime and I watch a wide variety at that. I love a good shoujo, slice of life, psychological, tragedy or survival. Probably my favorite anime series would be Shingeki No Kyojin. Another, Special A and Itazurana Kiss comes next.

Korean Series

I rarely watch Korean Romantic series since I feel to much emotions and get a hard time recovering. But my so far my favorite K-drama would be Descedants of the Sun, and Crash Landing on You. I also don't pass up a good reality tive like The Return of Superman, and Hello Counselor.

Western Series

Like everything else in my profile, this one is actually a mix of a lot of things, too. It has action comedy which is the Brooklyn 99, and a bunch of other genre like the Haunting od the Hill House and Prison Break
