Comment: July 23: I really do not want to rate you a 1, but the swap deadline was May 20. A message was sent June 3 telling me it was being sent late and would be mailed the next week. There has not been any more communication since. I checked the swap and note it is marked sent June 14. I sent you a message July 21 letting you know nothing has arrived. The message has been read, but there has not been a reply. I will re-rate if anything comes.
