Mailings & Postmarks

I live in a small town...My PO is no longer in charge of our routes, so if anything comes postage due, i have it set up to be refused since I would have to go to the next town over to pick it up

I don't mark swaps sent until they officially leave my hands...I usually send swaps before the send by date so postmarks shouldn't be an issue but wanted to explain that I use the drop box down the street...the cut off time is 2pm and there are times I just can't make it by that time..should this happen on Friday, the envies won’t be postmarked til Monday...this includes all Saturday mail

If I’m ever going to be late or an issue arises with a swap I always contact and communicate with my swap partner

Ratings

I do not freely hand out hearts for every swap I receive...these are reserved for extra special swaps as they were intended, so if you don't receive a heart from me it isn't because I didn't like your swap, it simply means the swap met the requirements

I usually rate on the weekends as it is easier for me to sit and do it all at once.

I understand some people check tracking and see something was delivered and immediately message to make sure I will be rating... I find this to be extremely annoying as there are times I’m away from home and don’t even know I have a package waiting for me... please give me til the weekend to rate you after I receive something

That being said if its been longer than 2 weeks and I still have not rated you...I did not receive your swap

I absolutely don't mind holiday related items in any swap/tag/wish... even when its out of season.

Since I do alot of holiday swaps I figured I better make a list of things I would like for those types of swaps~you do not have to stick with this list... I love everything that is seasonal and holiday-ish especially this time of year

STICKERS

Im not real picky when it comes to stickers but please see my “no thanks” section below

Some of my fave characters/types are cutesy types, UNICORNS, care bears, food with faces, older style my little pony(dont care for the new kind), kawaii, Lisa Frank

I do love grown up nice quality stickers too so they're always appreciated...Scrapbook quality stickers are always appreciated ...vintage ones will bring me back to my childhood and are always a welcome surprise

Sheets or loose...doesnt matter just as long as they aren't the crappy ones no one really wants =)

I love to have a supply of medicinal types of teas...any kind is fine

Fair trade and organic teas are always welcome

I am going to start drinking green tea but I dunno if I can handle unflavored though my daughter loves it... so green teas are always welcome =)

KAWAII

I LOVE KAWAII in all forms... deco tape, stationary, plushies, stickers, ALL OF IT!!!

Not real picky... kawaii means cute, not specific name brands...however if a swap is brand specific I do prefer that you follow that rule...

I dont have fave characters but I do love food with faces... fast food, milk and cookies, cupcakes, etc CUTE FOOD =)

Postcards

I like all kinds of PCs...especially blank non touristy PCs...I don't find myself to be overly picky

• Earrings... Big gaudy dangly ones like shoulder dusters, peacock feathers and stuff like that... Oh and I love HUGE hoops... any earrings really as long as they are trendy, funky, cute or punk... think 80s club kid scene or Jerseylicious lol

• I collect Magnets~love smart assed ones

• My dining and kitchen is a mix of old farmhouse, prim, country, rooster theme... so anything that prim looking... things like grubby candles and rusty looking... that kind of primitive

• CANDLES OR WAX TARTS I love any fall/autumn scents or home baked scents, cinnamon, apricot, peach, mango, anything as long as it isn't floral...homemade is fine

• blank recipe cards

• return address labels with my info and a cute design

• unused postage in any amount

I had hoped I wouldn't ever have to add this section to my profile, but I have had to throw a lot of stuff away lately that is unusable to me and not something I would even consider passing on to someone else ...with that said I am not a super picky person , but I would rather not receive any of the following

Temporary tattoos

Teacher/reward stickers or stickers aimed for children such as Dora, Spider-Man, paw patrol etc ...cute themes are perfectly acceptable but I'd prefer to not receive children's cartoon themes unless they are vintage cartoons

Board game money, pieces, old maid cards or similar children's cards, plain playing cards(designed ones are fine)

Foam craft kits or stickers
