I love art of all kinds - appreciating it and creating it. I am an animal lover, with an animal family consisting of an Australian Shepherd, 2 cockatiels, and 1 baby green cheeked conure. I am a single mom of an almost 2 year old who is the biggest joy and blessing of my life. I am open minded, like direct people, appreciate diversity and uniqueness. I am Christian and vegetarian. I am an avid reader, almost anything, and typically have several books going at once. Although I tend to prefer books with visually poetic writing style, I like a good true story, chic lit for a light read, suspense for a good escape, and art books. And yes it is quirky, but I love to read cookbooks.

• If you send food or a recipe vegetarian please (no fish, chicken, meat) Dairy is ok. And I love cupcakes and cookies and chocolate. For the summer, lean more toward raw food with all the fresh foods though.

• Something to brighten my daughter's day. She is a girly-girl and loves music, singing, sparkle, flowers, stickers, butterflys, ladybugs, moon & stars, rhinestones, and also firetrucks and motorcycles.

• As for me: I like flowers, seeds (herbs, edible, flowers), Polka Dots, Bright Colors, Butterflys/Ladybugs, Pen's, Stationary/ Notecards, stickers, especially into rubber stamps or punches for papercrafts lately, Wallets/handbags, fun socks, Scents for the home and perfumes (vanilla, sandlewood, earthly, crisp/clean and not too sweet.) and pretty much anything fun for the kitchen.

• Something for the home: My home is eclectic in style with elements of style including African, Indonesian, Japanese, American-Craftsman, Modern, etc... I like ethnic prints, dark and red woods, anything promoting sustainable living & recylcing, promoting economic development worldwide.

• Jewelry - not necessarily fancy - I love necklaces, earrings and anything handmade is always appreciated.

• Something that you love, or want to share with me with an explanation of why you like it. If you have a favorite craft or technique, I would love a sample of your art, or a starter kit with simple instructions and materials to try it.

• MP3 cd with your favorite songs, and Pixar movies.
