Hi!

I'm a stay at home mom to an 11th grader and a student at Auburn University. We live in the south and it's a great place to live.

Mostly I spend time taking care of my family and pets. I sew a lot, read a lot, go out to lunch with my friends a lot. And laundry, lots of laundry!

Favorite Television

I like stuff I don't have to pay close attention to. The History Channel, International History Channel, Discovery Science Channel, ESPN, the Weather Channel and the Golf Channel. I love Law and Order. Really I would rather read.

Fabric Choices

I'm collecting 2.5 inch squares right now. I need a LOT! I'm using them to make a king size postage stamp quilt. Ambitious I think! The beauty of this project is anything goes...except pink so I'm reswapping all the pink stuff I get. Please don't be offended. I like pink...it just doesn't fit into this quilt's color scheme. My favorite colors are red, green, and orange. Think autumn. My least favorite is blue.

Tea, Coffee, Chocolate

I like almost any kind of tea, coffee, or chocolate. I especially like things that are orange flavored. I am always willing to try new or different things. Given the choice, I will pick decaf or caffeine free. Send me anything unusual. I also love candy, most any kind except licorice.
