I'm a 39-year-old, living with my husband and daughter in a large city in the south of the Netherlands. We have a kakariki ( bird species from New Zealand) named Blitz 🐦.

I am a World War II reenactor for over 12 1/2 years. Depending on the event, I play the role of a nurse or a member of the Dutch resistance. It's amazing to teach children about life during World War II and let them touch items which are normally only displayed in museums.
