March 21st Update: Just wanted to let everyone know that my daughter is out of the hospital, my husband is still in. I am now behind on more than one swap and I'm going to get caught up this week...I will try and send private messages to each of my partners as soon as I get a better idea of when things are going out. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND HAPPY THOUGHTS! March 15th, 2009::: My husband and daughter were in a car accident yesterday. I've sent messages to partners of swaps that were due to go out, but I just wanted to put a note here as well. I'm sorry for my tardiness (it's only one swap as of right now) but I will try and get caught up as soon as possible. I'm working on just getting a car (damn insurance companies!!!) since our's is now totaled....both my husband and daughter will be fine, she'll be out of the hospital in a day or two, and my husband should be out in about a week. I have never been this terrified in my life. Please understand and PM if there is something I can to do to make up for my lateness...I'm so sorry for it!

As of 01/12/09: I am starting college again for the first time in three years....YAY!!!!!! I don't foresee any complications that will affect my swapping....just that I have to be a grown up and not do as many of them. LOL! To all my pen pals though, if I take a little longer to reply back to you I'm so sorry, I just need to figure out how to add an hour or two to each day...

After a bout of nasty feelings, I have gotten over the fact that I am going to not receive things once in awhile. However, I would like to say that if you are having an issue, please just let me know and we can work something out. I'm really fine with waiting a little longer if need be, as long as there's some sort of communication going on okies?

Now about me: I take my art journal everywhere....it's my favorite distraction at work. I love to read, actually some would say it's an addiction. I can actually draw more than a stick figure when I get the motivation to do so and I had way too much time in school so I spent most of it doodling and making letters. I live in Idaho with my husband, daughter, cat, and dog.

I am in a lot of ATC swaps lately, so if you are sending to me, PLEASE make sure and at least put the name of the swap and your user name somewhere on the envie or the ATC so that I can rate you for your work!

My art journals LOL but I said that...I love to collage and paint with my four year old girl Lily....I have one whole journal dedicated to nothing but lily related items that I'm working on for her....if you ever see something interesting on the subject, let me know please!!! I LOVE ATC's! I spend hours making those fun little cards....

I also like to knit and my amazing grandmother is teaching me to quilt. I think she's about ready to give up in despair though. I am not the best seamstress by a long shot.

Twilight. Yes, I am one of those people. I'm a Harry Potter person too. I also love Laurell K. Hamilton, Kim Harrison, J.D. Robb aka Nora Roberts, and well....just about anything really. I just love to read. A LOT.
