A sure way to get a heart on a swap is to use an interesting stamp on envie or creatively decorate it! I would rather open my mailbox to find one of those two things than any other kind of extra! It really makes me smile.

Ratings... I always rate. I just may not do it in a timely fashion! I mostly do series swaps now, and I may not rate you until I'm getting ready to send the next swap out. Sorry, it's just how I roll! Also, I WILL NOT rate you down if you mail a few days late. That's just silly. I'll always give the benefit of the doubt on any swap, but please don't take advantage!

• I love sarcastic humor, dirty humor is fun too, and i have nothing against vulgar words (so sending 'questionable' swaps to me is OK! - i find it all funny!!!)
• i love everything nautical: mermaids, fish, beach, ocean, waves, sea, crabs, whales, dolphins, ships, boats, charts...
• i'm working on an small embroidery projects. small is the way to go when you just want to get 1 thing finished!

I also sew. I've made a couple quilts (but have really only finished one the proper way :) I mend clothes for my husband and occasionally make clothes for my daughter. I really love doing crafty sewing - halloween costumes, softies, hooded towels, and other crafty items!

I like making journals...and i need more practice. maybe we can set up a private swap and i can make you a mini journal with some pretty papers for practice?

i'm also into sea glass. i can't walk the beach with my head up, i'm constantly searching the sand and rocks for my next little treasure.

STAMPS - if you are my swap partner, i would LOVE if you could use actual stamps vs the metered sticker. I buy all the "special releases" (you know, the ones that aren't flags!) and save one of everything, which is starting to add up! if you send me pretty stamps on envies, then i don't have to save unused ones, b/c i'll save yours! If you include real stamps on a package, I'll most likely give you a heart for that alone!

PLEASE DO NOT SEND SEEDS (plants, flowers etc) from other countries. There are so many invasive species here that are taking over, and I will NOT plant and potentially add to the problem. So please, don't send them!

i don't like coffee or tea.

i stay away from black licorice.

i'm not religious and am not into anything religious - although i want to add that i do not have a problem with you or your religion; i'm just not into it myself.

if sending recipes, please avoid cabbage or fish
