Worked as a PA to Directors for many years (particularly in the pub/hotel/nightclub industry) and then in the cleaning industry. Gave up work in 2005 due to my worsening health. Have lived in many areas of the United Kingdom, including Birmingham and London. Husband - Richard, 46, Dairy Farmer (loves mountain biking). Interests apart from crafting - horseriding (I have 2 ponies at the moment - Frayne an Exmoor Pony mare and Robbie a Shetland x Welsh Section A), my dogs (Medina an Irish Lurcher and Buzz a Jack Russell Terrier, both rescue dogs), guinea pig, my cats (Milky - pure white moggie, in the house - and 3 farm cats on the yard), travelling (particularly anywhere hot with lots of sightseeing), caravanning, Formula One, eating, surfing the Net/writing on blogs ...

A huge variety - particularly 80s/90s. Will add specific artists when I can think a bit more (symptom of the Fibro!). Favourites include - Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Scissor Sisters, Take That, Wet Wet Wet, Howard Jones, Breathe, Texas, Keane, Cold Play, Snow Patrol, Queen, Michael Jackson, Erasure, Go West .....

We don't go to the cinema very often, as so busy and it is a 11 mile drive to the nearest town. We love Blu-rays and watched Ted recently (so funny). Got a big collection of films - favourites include Withnail & I, Pulp Fiction, the Transporter series, anything with Tom Hanks in it, Little Miss Sunshine, Harry Potter films, The Mission, Black Beauty .... A real mix!!

I love television!! Property programmes (especially any abroad), behind the scenes documentaries (hospitals, vets, animal rescue, police etc), Strictly Come Dancing, Countryfile, Top Gear, Formula One, any horse programmes, Create & Craft, QVC, Homeland, Doctor Who .....

Cross stitching (since 1995), making cards/ATCs (since 2006), tried knitting and crocheting, but I was hopeless! Did some latch hook a few years back. Also completed a needlepoint cushion on behalf of my mum - would like to do more of that. Always wanted to attempt patchwork and quilting, and just about to start on my first quilt.

Colours - purple, pink, blue, green, white, silver/glitter, yellow (don't like dark colours). Crafting designs - Cute, American craft, Animals, Teddy Bears, Angels, Fairies, Butterflies, Cupcakes, Teapots/cups, Country Scenes, Cottages, Eeyore, Oriental, Egyptian, Native American, Christmas ... (do not like religious or floral). Threads, fabric for cross stitching. Key rings, coasters, fridge magnets (no more notebooks!!). Cushions. Card making/ATCs - pens, watercolour pencils, rubber stamps, inkpads, papers/card, punches, ribbon, stickers, toppers. Teddy Bears, dolls. Sweets (candy), chocolate. PLEASE NO SOAPS/MAKE UP ETC, as I have sensitive skin.
