My husband loved the honey apple by the way and said I was lucky it was in a pink container otherwise I would find it missing lol. Comment: Receipt your note card today and very much enjoyed reading it. We have four adult children and two wonderful grand-daughters 5-10. We are working on eating healthier than we have before and getting our bodies back into shape. Recently I've had a knee replacement so not very active and haven't been able to be active for quite some time, so we are starting to get back onto the waggon and get back at it. We live in a condo so do not really have garden space, but I was thinking because herbs are not always available in our store that I might start a little garden on our deck and get some herbs going. I have to fully agree with you on the form of exercise, don't really enjoy doing exercises but I do enjoy that one as well and find it most effective. Lesson today is you never get too old. I like the way my husband and I are moving towards our senior years and I think we are heading in the right direction. Thanks again for the letter I really enjoyed it.
Response: I am so glad you enjoyed my letter!! Doing a little gardening - however you can-- is just the right thing for a bit of sunshine and exercise. It's good to help your memory too.
