I was born and raised in NY and miss the excitement there. I am former military, Navy and have been crafting most of my life.

I am sensitive to fragrances. I love tea but only plain black tea. I don't like flavored tea or herbal tea.

Please, nothing with loose glitter.

I am not religious. Please no religious things.

I am creating under JR Designs Craft if you get a card from me and you see that written on the back. JR is a nickname given to me over 30 years ago and I liked it.

I love sage green and purple.

My favorite music is anything from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's. I love Adele, Michael Buble, Josh Groban and Celine Dion, Bon Jovi, Foreigner. Gosh the music in the 80's was great. I love to sing and love Broadway musicals. I have seen The Tap Dance Kid, Sophisticated Ladies, Who Done It, Evita, Little Shop of Horrors. I love sheet music. I love movie musicals: West Side Story, Music Man, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Wizard of Oz, My Fair Lady, Sound of Music.

I loved the Divergent series, the Hunger Games, Star Trek novels, comic book books, Gone with the Wind, the Thorn Birds, Uncle John's bathroom readers (if you haven't read those, give them a try), cook books especially baking and cake decorating.

I love to scrapbook, make mini albums, card making, just got into pocket letters, cake decorating, needlepoint, cross stitch and genealogy. I love to cook and my favorite food is Asian food. I also love the look of Asian art. I love antique maps and vintage items. My new excitement is pocket letters.

My favorite movie and tv shows are sci fi shows, medical dramas and legal shows. I love NCIS, Once Upon A Time, Star Trek anything, House, Grey's Anatomy, Marvel Comic cartoons and movies. My favorite books are Star Trek books and Hunger Games. But I did love the Divergent series.

Just about anything that has to do with crafting: pretty paper, stickers, washi tape, brads, buttons, ephemera, Score-tape or really good double sided tape, dies for my die cutting machine, embossing folders, hardware, good quality plain card stock, blank card bases. Things for my cat, Disney things.
