Hello! My name is Stephanie and I am 30 years old and I am super excited to start swapping! I am happily married and have a handsome 7 month old son. I live in Louisiana and have lived here my entire life.

I have had penpals for as long as I can remember. Writing traditional letters is something that I enjoy and is a passion of mine. I find it interesting to learn about other countries through someone that actually lives there and can send things in the mail as I can to them. There is something that brings out the kid in me when I check my mail to find a new letter :)

I am a crafty person so I like to scrapbook and make junk journals. I am always looking for new little knick-knacks to add. I also like to sew and crochet but haven't done that in several years.

I collect magnets from different states / countries and foreign currency. I am also getting into stamp collecting but I am by no means an expert :)

I don't watch much TV but when I do it is The Walking Dead mostly! BIG FAN!!! I also like Netflix, Orange is the New Black, The Big Bang Theory, I Love Lucy (BIG FAN!), and the Golden Girls. Of course I like football too, GO LSU!!!

I always tell my penpals if they can't think of anything to send, to send me their "trash". What I mean by that is newspaper clippings, brochures, receipts, town flyers e.t.c.... that sort of stuff! Believe it or not I find all of that interesting. I like unique note pads and stationary that you can't get just anywhere. I really like getting stationary from hotels that aren't a chain such as Best-Western, Holiday Inn and such.. Instead, older hotels (like the ones found in New Orleans) is the ones I REALLY like! I collect their pens as well :) I like blank cards too.. Really, anything that you can write on I like it if it is different and unique!!! I have started searching the local goodwills or garage sales for old books to add to my junk journals to use as pages. I like stickers and stamps :) Particularly smaller ones that I can use to decorate my envelopes.

I am starting a Filo-fax planner so anything that will make it unique would be great!! I have also discovered Erin Condren and The Happy Planner.. OH My..... So yeah :) Stickers, washi, post its... Anything that will go into those and that I can write on will work for me :) I am a paper-addict!

I like to collect magnets and post cards. I prefer post cards to be written on and stamped. Having it in an envelope takes the fun out of it for me.

I LOVE music! My favorite is country and R&B/Hip Hop. I love Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Little Big Town, Dustin Lynch, Randy Houser, George Strait (!), Eric Church... I hate Taylor Swift. I also really like 80/90's music! Journey, Def Leopard, Cindy Lauper (just to name a few...).
