My rating goal: When I'm active, I rate as soon as I receive your mail. I have found that sometimes I need a break and just have to step away (not often). If this is the case I will rate anything that comes in during the first month after I go inactive as soon as I receive it. If a good bit of mail comes in after that, I will rate it as soon as I return.
