Theatrical costumer, adventurous cook, avid crafter and all around creative. I love hiking, jumping out of planes, and spending time marveling in God's creation in the great outdoors. I also appreciate a good cup of tea and some quiet time to sit and paint or draw. On another note, I am an MK who spent 12 years growing up in Botswana Africa as my home, whilst travelling around the whole globe for parts of that.

Really I have a wide taste in music.

Otherwise, I really enjoy Classic Literature. Some of my favorite authors being Charles Dickens, Elizabeth Gaskell, Tolstoy, and William Shakespeare.

I also enjoy Fantasy and sci-fi as well. But those can be a bit more hit and miss on finding a good author.

I love a good rewritten and expanded fairy-tale.

Anything with good period costumes that is pretty to look at. Good sweeping scenery is good. I enjoy Bollywood in general. I enjoy quirky clean comedies as well. Sometimes a good super hero movie appeals to me.

But top favorite movies are:

Young Victoria, 3 Idiots, The God's Must be Crazy

So all those period BBC dramas and Masterpiece dramas that show on PBS, yeah, I like those. If they have pretty costumes, I probably watch it.

Sewing, Knitting, Crochet, Painting and drawing, Jewelry making, Ganutell flowers, Paper crafts, Calligraphy and hand lettering

So I obviously have a wide range in interests and really anything will make me happy. But I especially like fun artistic postcards and pretty cards to hang on my wall of cards. Any and all tea (and hot chocolate) is always a win for me. I also like scraps of yarn (a yard or more), as I am building a magic ball to make into an afghan some day. As I write a lot of letters, anything stationary related is a plus as well. Otherwise, my favorite colour palette is deep rich jewel tones, with purples, teals, blues, and reds being the top of that.
