Hello!

I'm a 30 year old woman living in Finland.

I love forests and trees and would go mad without them. I read books daily and enjoy a good audiobook while walking. Podcasts are also on the list, just like audio dramas. I usually listen to true crime, supernatural or language related podcasts and dream of doing a podcast of my own some day for just one season. Audio dramas are usually detective stories, such as the classic Agatha Christie's Poirot or Miss Marple. Other things I enjoy include animals, colors, writing, knitting, theatre, language. I find mythical and supernatural things interesting, legends, mythologies, fairy tales. Random facts make me smile.

My sense of humor is very dark and quirky. Visually I find gothic aesthetic appealing but I also enjoy kawaii/cute and vintage/pin up style.

Currently I'm watching Netflix quite a lot. If I happen to watch movies I usually watch horror films or movies(animation) for children. I also like Ghiblis movies. I've been watching mainly reality TV because I need something light and brainless at the moment. Rupaul's drag race, Below deck and Perfect housewives of this and that have been the main ones I've enjoyed. I've also watched some anime and my favorite one is Hunter X Hunter. Love it! Death note is great too. I also enjoy British crime series / detective stories and watch the occasional documentary on various topics.

*I enjoyed Hobbit more than the LOTR-trilogy

Umm, I cant think of a lot of specific movies right now other than these because these are the ones I've been watching while needing the lightheartedness in my life.

I like knitting, although I can only make very basic wool socks

It would be fun to also be brave enough to make cards (I'm REALLY bad with crafts, like seriously) I have hard time starting because I dont have a reason to make any cards and I would need that for inspiration

I think this is all the crafts I do. I've done a little bit of cross stitching and did like it. Diamond painting was nice too. I wish I could get inspired by people here to learn new things. It would make me happy so please do write passionately to me about your favorite craft if you feel like it!

I also enjoy Alan Bradley's Flavia de Luce-series.

The categories I read the most are fantasy and detective stories. I am NOT a fan of Harry Potter.

Some things I enjoy I already mentioned before but here's some more:

I enjoy writing and receiving letters and postcards (self made are coooooool)

Herbal tea (no liquorice root or caffeine), decaf coffee, hot chocolate

Stickers (love stickers!)

I love buttons, ornaments, charms... Small little things which I can use to spice things up

Green and purple/violet/ are my favorite colors but I like most of the colors, blue would be my least favorite

Baking interests me even though I'm bad at it

I'm interested in spiritual things, yoga, meditation, natural healing, natural products, eco cosmetics, "witchy stuff"

Glitter, washi tape, random things to inspire some crafting

Space, astronomy, horoscopes

My favorite time of the year is autumn

Animals, especially manatees
