I am Jodie: 40, married and have two kids (8yr old daughter & 10yr old son). I live in South Dakota.

I LOVE: To crochet, embroider and sew/quilt. Purple, pink and turquoise. Whimsy (my socks never match). Autumn, nature, lakes, cabins. Owls, bears, fox, birds. Chocolate, coffee, tea, cinnamon, candy. Miniatures, (both doll house items and nature) Vintage textiles

DISLIKES: Beige, gold. Sports. Overly spicy foods. Disney characters.

Would be happy to receive items for my kids as well; small trinkets, stickers, candy. I like all post cards. I embroider on almost anything (from thrift store sweaters to chairs!) I love Yarn and embroidery thread, fabric (vintage and modern). I love decorating envelopes, using gel pens, always needing more: stickers, cute notecards, embroidery patterns. I LOVE happy mail: cute quotes, pretty ephemera, etc.

I CAN ALWAYS USE MORE cute/fun pictures like the fronts of greeting cards, vintage black and white pictures (because the paper is thicker) or pictures on card stock.

My DREAM is to own a Glamper---a vintage camper. I want to decorate it in turquoise, orange, red and pink. Also--a little bit of kitschy , polka dots, etc. I want to have a picture of us in our glamper from each of the "lower 48". My HOBBIES are: making twinchies (and a bit larger) into ornaments/magnets--just for decorations. Especially like mixed media. I "adopt" soldiers and write anywhere between 3 and 10 letters each week! Therefore, stationary/notecards are always appreciated and will be put to good use! I LISTEN to '60's and '70's music (Cat Stevens, Van Morrison), as well as a few new favorites: David Gray, Ray Lamontagne, Dave Matthews, Amos Lee, Jack Johnson (to name a few!) I click on "Sent" when I put my mail into the mailbox, so it may be postmarked the following day.
