I am a 51 year old woman from Mississippi. I enjoy making greeting cards and painting various subjects right now. I also love painting postcards. I used to be really a huge fan of ATCs but I kind of got burnt out on them.

I love singing and sing high soprano in the choir at church. I am a Christian but I don't "Hate" people that are not. I love everybody. Life is too short to be filled with such negative emotions.

I really like playing racing video games on the xbox but I am also kind of burnt out on that too.

I want to learn to play the guitar. I think I will soon.

I am an artist and paint various subject matter in oils and acrylics.

I like to do lighthearted and fun paintings. I am currently intrigued in pop art and am painting a pop art picture of my youngest son.

My favorite art form is making collages and I do themed ones. I have won 1st place for the state of Mississippi for five years straight. I did one a couple of years ago titled, "Generations of Freedom" which was extremely patriotic and very thought provoking about why we must fight to keep freedom alive for the future generation's sake. I actually won a bronze medal representing the US veterans. I am very fond of vintage and/or Victorian. I have completed three large Victorian collages and all were first place winners for the state of Mississippi.

I love bright, happy colors. I am not a huge fan of light pastel colors.

My favorite paintings are "Starry Night" by Vincint Van Gogh (This was my son, Dallas, favorite painting also) and Michael Angelo's "God Touching Adam".

My favorite local artist is Wyatt Waters. I would love to have the cookbook with loads of his watercolors displayed-or some of his old calendars.

My favorite group on here is the wishlist group. I enjoy fulfilling wishes more than anything. I enjoy bringing joy to others.
