I have to rate a 3 however and this is why, the send by date was July 15th, you marked sent July 19th than contacted me on the 23rd saying you gave it to your husband The morning of the 23rd. So it was marked sent late without prior contact and not sent when it was marked sent. I really do like the ATC and I thank you for it.

I'll have my husband put biofreeze on my back when he gets home, i have not tried any cold treatment on my injury there yet, I know my fibromyalgia gets worse when cold (living in Norway is such a bad idea for me ;P), but my back injury is a completely different thing. I miss going to a chiropractor, I had good use of it for many years, but I had to stop when my body tensed up for days afterward, it was hard to even breathe =( We seem to have a lot in common, I hope I get to send you something soon! =)
