Comment: I'm sorry to have to do this, but I believe in rating honestly. I never received this swap and no communication. This is really disappointing as you were in a swap I hosted a while back and we were in contact about that because of the three 1s you had at that time. You explained them and seemed contrite and like you wanted to be a good swapper ... the other participants of that swap agreed with me to let you stay. You did a good job in that swap, but for whatever reason you have flaked big time since then. If you plan to continue on Swap-bot, you may consider yourself permanently banned from all future swaps hosted by me. I will rerate for this swap if I ever receive anything.

Comment: I never received anything. User marked it as sent on April 19th. I sent a message on May 3rd saying I hadn't received it, and she said that she hadn't sent it yet. I still haven't received anything. I will change the rating if I ever get anything. You shouldn't have marked it sent almost a month ago if it wasn't actually in the mail :-(
