(Disclosure Note: I was on Swap-Bot years ago, but have closed the Yahoo accounts that my profile was attached to. I'm trying to get the accounts merged, or get back into the old one. For right now I'm starting over from scratch! My old profile is here: http://www.swap-bot.com/user:fairyoflostthings
My name is Leah Lee. I moved to Marion Ohio and bought a house March of 2022. It is now where I try to find ways to ensure the world is full of beautiful things. I am a found object artist, crafter, and art event organizer.
Additionally, I'm a goth girl, pagan, INFP, nerd, and dog mom. I was on Craftster long ago and I'm on SendSomething.Net (#8578) {If the site ever comes back}..
I am into creepy stories, RPG's (DnD, ShadowRun, Pathfinder, etc.), Lovecraftian horror, and board games.
I am very interested in trading paper scraps, ephemera, stationary, journaling bits, and art inspiration. Someone told me they were "trash bombs" and I think that's a great name. I am especially inspired by autumn, vintage things, Halloween & Dia de Los Muertos, 7Gypsies and Tim Holtz Halloween goodies.
So no matter if you call it Happy Mail, Trash Bombing, or Envelope Tetris, I love curating a package and receiving things via the post.
I'm always up for personal swaps as well!! Just ask!
(I'll add more to this as I think of things! Dec 2022.)
painting (acrylic and water color), sculpting (polymer clay), drawing, greeting cards, junk journals, recycled paper crafts, knitting, sewing, quilting, drawing mandalas, stamp carving, embroidery & cross-stitch, alters & shrines, altered puzzles, spinning, gel plate printing or mono printing
I want to learn the following: tatting, bobbin lace, and crochet (I love granny squares and doilies)
Letters and postcards, embroidery, witchy things (kitchen witches, good luck witches, cauldrons, brooms, etc.) things for Dungeons and Dragons, Halloween things.
Odd signs or embroidered words (My favorite sign in my house right now "Please: No singing No Dancing No Swearing. This is a respectable house.")
Victorian styles, vintage 1900's through 1950's styles, Rockabilly, Gothabilly, Psycobilly, Pagan, odd ball bits and pieces...
