i have had many successful swaps since i joined. i usually pay an additional fee to have the letter / package sent via registered mail (package is received upon signature). recipients may track the delivery via my local post website but will have to track using their own local post once the package leaves my country. international delivery takes approximately 2-4 weeks so do be patient especially if the address is not in a major city. do let me know should you not receive my letter/package (unlikely to happen to registered mail) and i'll repost it. should the 2nd mail not arrive, it may be a customs problem and there is nothing that can be done with regards to that. i personally wait for 14 working days after the official swap sent date before contacting my partner. i hope this helps to clear any confusion.
