THE PRICE OF POSTAGE HAS INCREASED ABOUT 250%! I'M GOING TO BE SENDING A LOT LESS THAN WHAT I USED TO! I'M VERY SAD ABOUT IT.

My name is Simon and I used to live in japan, but now I live in Kazakhstan! but I'm from New Zealand. I love Japan and all that it has to offer, I'm struggling with the language, but having a lot of fun! But, now that I'm in Kazakhstan, I'm really struggling with Russian! It's very difficult for me to learn!

Oh, and I want to apologize to all the people that I get assigned now, I went to the post office today to send my first swap from Kazakhstan, I asked them how long it would take to send a postcard, and the woman said, a month! I was like, what the hell! What's wrong with you people!? Anyway, that's the deal, I'm sorry, but it's out of my hands!

I love eating and arguing. I love my iPhone and hate doing the vacuuming. I want to be in different places, but I don't want to travel there.

I love getting mail of any kind.

Favorite Music

I love old punk music and 80s music! I'm so glad devo has come back, but I doubt that I'd ever get to see them. One day maybe! Now I love house and dance music or anything that I can dance to is great!

Favorite Books

I can't actually read I think, but I have read all of the Harry Potter series, it was so good! I wish that she'd write more, like, Voldemort returns... or Draco resurrects Voldemort, or Harry the Auror.

Favorite Movies

Remember the Titans, Glory Road, 300, comedies, action, drama, anything really except horror! I'm scared of the dark!

And I love Richard Burton movies, even though he's a bit on the dark side!

Favorite Television

I love tv, I watch as much as I can whenever I can! Star Trek, breaking bad, game of thrones, etc, etc

Postcards

I collect postcards, but to send to people. Well, it's more like I like getting mail of any kind, so I write to people to get lots of mail.

I hope you're having a wonderful day today :) I'm doing well.

I love Harry Potter - I grew up with that little sassy boy. So the series would really be hard to replace in my heart, it would always be special in an odd kind of way.

But as reading goes, I always love books that either make me think too much or not make me think at all - that alone makes a very wide range. :D What specific aspect do you like about the Harry Potter series? Maybe I could recommend readings from my own list. I would have to know what you like though.

I love a wide range of music as well. But I am a clumsy, clumsy girl so I really can't (and don't) dance to save my life.

Hello! I hope you're doing well there in Kazakhstan. I rarely hear people from that place. Well, I do know the place, but I rarely hear them from social sites, and the like.

You're right about the shitajiki. I actually want to collect them. They do make good fans.. hahaha.. You also have mentioned about the cards. You're mentioning Gotochi cards, right? :> I like them, a lot! Friends from Japan have mentioned that they're expensive. I used to ask Japanese postcrossers to trade with them, but then I stopped.

I wonder what made you move to Kazakhstan? Were you able to get a job offer there? And is the postal system there good?

Well anyways, hoping your postcard collection grow more :>

I envy you to be able to lived in Japan. I wish I live in Japan too for a whole year is okay. I love their neatness and all~

I can't speak Japanese, but watching dorama made me understand some basic. I have to bring myself to focus on study Japanese.
