My Name is Linda. I am 59 years old and My life is one of being thankful to God and what he has done for me. I have a wonderful husband of 37 years. He is the love of my life and my best friend. We have two kids 34 and 33 (Both are in the ministry) and 4 grand-dogs. I am a 14 yr. breast cancer survivor with a rare auto immune disease. My medical condition stops me from doing things I use to do. I'm alive and can do others things like swap-bot. My God is very important in my life. I can lean on him no matter what happens and he is there to see me through. I enjoy going to church. I am a people person. This helps me to keep my mind from my problems and on to other things. I love to try new things. My daughter showed me what she was doing with swap-bot. It seems like a lot of fun, so here I am and I am excited about doing this.

I enjoy christian music, all different kinds. Sometimes a classic country, oldies, or R/B song catches my ear and I appreciate it. My Favorite singers are Casting Crowns, Patsy Cline, Freddy Finder and Southern Gospel .

I like to read. I real enjoy holding a book in my hand. The convenience of a tablet is nice but there's nothing like holding a book in your hand while reading a article or story that you are into. I am a person that enjoys reading most books with the exception of filthy and dirty books. Mostly i enjoy mysteries, Historical Fiction, Crime Fiction, Christian Novels and westerns. Please Nothing Dark, porn,gay, or lesbian.

Movies are ones that keep me interested. The joke of the house is it takes me 4/5 times to see one movie. I definitely get side-tracked. TV shows I like are crime, drama and sy-fy programs that keep me glued to the TV. NCIS, Castle and The Voice are some I watch

I have really enjoyed doing craft to the past years But my hands no longer cooperate with my want to. I use to like to cross-stitch, bead, sew and quilt. I do enjoy receiving these types of crafts because I find them so Beautiful. Do to my illness I have found other ways to spend my time. I like to walk with my baby, a 14 year old Lhasa Apso. He keeps me company and busy.

My favorite color is emerald green. My decorating style is country/classic. The color I use in the Kitchen is red.With spring and autumn colors for other rooms in the house. I decorate with a lot of metal and wood items.

On January 21, 2013 my little best friend of 14 yrs died. Jean Luc was so special. He was with me through every sickness, happy and sad times. His love for me was unconditional. He made me smile when I was hurting. Every morning no matter how sick I was, he would not leave me alone, until we had our walk. He could stare at you with those big brown soulful eyes and huff(didn't bark) and you'd do anything he wanted. I am sure going to miss him.
