I am retired and loving spending time making art. I love abstract, funky, bright colors, and earthy tones as well. I love to see people create...all levels. I love exploring, taking classes and expanding my art journey. I enjoy making new friends, but have become somewhat introverted since Covid. Trying to "say yes" more to new things.
Likes: art of all kinds. Anything handmade is perfect whether it's drawn, painted, etc. bookmarks, stamps, (vintage, unique) stamped images, vintage paper such as ledgers or old handwritten) all kinds of ephemera, vintage photos, stickers (I usually pass on to granddaughter) ribbons, sea creatures, gel prints, game cards from board games, faces (whether drawn, stamped or painted) I LOVE ANYTHING CHRISTMAS!!! flowers, birds, botanical images, fairies, folklore, I LOVE HELLO KITTY book lover so I love bookmarks, found words cut out of magazines or books, collage fodder, or images cut from magazines, abstract, quirky, snarky or weird art, whimsical art, I am not a religious person, but accept all faiths. I am more of a free spirited person. Hippy at heart.

I am a mixed media artist, making homemade journals, ATC's, tags, zines, and various mixed media and collage art. Drawing and painting faces in journals is my favorite pastime.
I love abstract art, but not geometric. More quirky or bizarre.

I am easy to exchange with. If you make something that makes you happy, chances are it will make me happy also. I just love going to the mailbox and finding an envelope of happy mail :)

Love the oldies, 40's through the 70's and all folk music. I listen to Christmas music all year long, as it inspires me. Especially the oldies. :). I also love sheet music of any kind. Love the Beatles, John Denver, Smokey Robinson, Rod Stewart...kind of all over the place regarding music.
