Hey Im Katie. I currently live in las vegas where I work as a seamstress and stagehand for one of the local shows on the strip.

I love doing crafty things when I'm not at work such as sculpting, painting, and sewing.

I used to do a lot of paper crafts for mini scrap booking but found I had more fun making the accessories and scrapbook than I did using the scrapbook. Now I put many of those paper crafting skills into making fun things for my planners which I use al the time.

Im new to swapping but its something that Ive always wanted to do since I craft all the time anyways and it seams a shame not to share it with others.

I have a large variety of tastes that seam to change often depending on my mood but my main aesthetic staples that I always seam to come back to are shabby chic and nature with deep rich earth and jewel tones. so different but both so pretty.

Anything that I can put to use, such at washitape samples, stickers, stamps, paper and even bits or ribbon or string. I also love seeing the work of other artists so if you paint or draw id love little sketches and pictures. Anything vintage will always win my heart.

I love anything with bats or foxes. Im also a huge fantasy creature lover but my absolute favs are the Jackalope, Griffon and Unicorn.

Pink(pastel or hot pink), green(mint or forest) and purple

Also my bedroom colors are green, poppy orange and white so I love getting little decorative things that fit that color scheme.

Sewing clothes. I do a piece for a fashion show charity event every year and I make costumes for myself for halloween and conventions.

embroidery: This one mostly ties into the first one because I like to do embroidery work on my clothes.

Paper crafting: just all the paper crafting things

Sculpting: I have tried pottery throwing and am still terrible at it but I am slowly getting better. Im much better at hand sculpting little figures and charms.

painting: all watercolor all the time.
