I am in my 40's, living in Florida with my wonderful husband of 15 years and our menagerie of rescued animals. I work for a large insurance company as a communications consultant. I love all music, but I particulary love smooth music like Norah Jones, Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, Amy Winehouse, Frank Sinatra, etc. Oh and I'm really into 70's music and disco.

I love reading anything I can get my hands on, but I'm a true Magazine-aholic. I love all kinds of mags: craft, cooking, style, decorating, etc.

Anything with Will Ferrell, Russell Crowe and John Travolta. Comedies are my favorites.

I'm a total reality TV junkie. Survivor, The Amazing Race, Jersey Shore (I'm embarrassed to admit), Real Housewives, Project Runway, etc.... I also love Modern Family and Cougar Town.

Scrapbooking, card making, photography. I love taking photos of food.. Food is art! My friends are used to me whipping out my camera when I'm served a beautiful plate of food. My best girlfriends and I get together at least once a month to scrapbook and make cards. We laugh, scrap, eat and laugh some more.

I am a PROUD owner of 2 pit bulls. They are both rescues and bring much joy and laughter to our home. They are loving, affectionate and well mannered. I try to be a positive ambassador for this maligned breed. My profile picture is one of my dogs, Roxi. We found out about 2 weeks after adopting her that she is deaf. And yes, she's wearing a wig. Just my weird sense of humor. My husband and I love to travel. We try to cruise once a year. We love to take road trips and see new things! I'm also a big foodie. We love trying new restaurants and new food.

I have lots of loves and things I have a hard time resisting.. Hand made cards, b&w photography, road trips, clues to great crafty websites, Cardinals (red birds), a sense of humor, a really sharp pencil, chunky, funky rings, cool paper projects, fuzzy socks, and meeting new people!

There are a few things I haven't developed an appreciation for or bug me: Perfume or scented items, Anime, Brussels sprouts and religious zealots/extremists.
