Comment: i think that I got an ATC but it didn't have any real ident on the back only a e-mail address that's why it has taken so long to rate. I was checking my log with the ATC's and found it.

It looks like you may be in contact with Ladydy5, and that you may be having computer troubles. When my computer was down for a couple of weeks, I would go to my public library to take care of my Swap-bot business. It was a bit of a hassle when you're used to just doing it at home but thank goodness for our libraries!

Just to reiterate, I will gladly change the rating I left you when you get the swap out. Take care, and hope things work out for you-

You should always try to send a message to your swapper as to why you are late. The rules at swapbot do state you get a one if not sent and received and a 3 if it is not what it should be for the swap. That is only fair. These swappers are very kind but you must address them. Libraries have computers you can use if yours is down. Something Green swap the one you are to send to did not received from you..
