I consider myself as "adventure-lite" that loves hiking, camping, canoeing, swimming, and snorkeling. I'm looking to complete a backpacking trip sometime this summer.

I love to bake and adapting recipes to make them vegan! Anything from cakes, breads, cookies, muffins. I'm love collecting (vegan) cookbooks.

I love reading. My favourite genres are women's historical fiction, feminist literature, LGBTQ literature, and fantasy.

I love discovering new places and cultures. I have been to Thailand and Germany, but I want to add more countries to my list as soon as I can! My next is Nicaragua!
