My name is Jeanette and I am 30 years old. I am engaged and planning a wedding for next September, that is how I found this site- looking for DIY projects. I have no children but I do have a dog and 2 cats.Right now I am a youth counselor teaching foster youth Life Skills, but I am looking for a middle school Social Studies teaching position, as I just completed my Masters degree. I have my BA in Cultural Geography & Psychology so people, religions, philosophy and sociology interest me. I have traveled to Portugal, Spain, Italy, England & Ireland and the Northeastern U.S. states as well as FL, Vegas, MD & DE. I love decorating for the holidays. Autumn is my favorite season and I have an awful sweet tooth, as you can see below. I am not allergic to anything but heavy scents like vanilla give me a headache. My dog, Moon Pie, is a 2 year old lab mix that weighs only 30lbs (I think she is mixed with Beagle). She is the cutest & sweetest thing in the world. She likes Nylabones, organic or homemade treats (pumpkin, sweet potato, peanut butter) and deer antlers. She likes rope bones, playing tug of war and going for walks. She does not do well with soft or plastic toys- they usually last a couple hours to a couple days.

The only reality shows I watch are cooking shows (Top Chef; Iron Chef; Food Network Challenges) and Project Runway

I love to read and I read lots of different things. I like biographies & autobiographies (Always Looking Up-Michael J Fox for example); I like suspense/horror such as Stephen King. I enjoy historical fiction as well.

I love movies. I will watch pretty much anything. I collect classic horror movies (Halloween; Nightmare on Elm St; Amityville); I also like comedies, dramas, suspense and historical fiction or documentaries.

CHOCOLATE: I'm kind of picky about my chocolate. I prefer certain kinds (like Cadbury) but don't like fudge, chocolate ice cream or the hard chocolate shells.

Milk or dark? Milk & White!! I don't care for dark chocolate.

Nuts?No, Thank You. Unless they are in a Cadbury Fruit and Nut bar- that is the only exception.

Do you have a favorite candy of all time? Not really…I like too many. I usually prefer the chewy or sour kind (i.e. skittles;swedish fish;peach rings; watermelon slices...) as far as chocolate- I love Cadbury, mini eggs are the best.

Do you have a current candy obsession? Skittles- Love the Green & Purple ones! Easter is coming- Cadbury eggs are on the shelves! Coke or Pepsi? PEPSI (I can tell the difference)

Other sodas you like: Don't drink much soda besides regular pepsi. I do like Dr Pepper and lemon lime soda.
