I am a working artist who has been painting and creating for over 20 years; I am currently exploring murals (large art) and ATC's/mail art (small art! ) and am quite busy with two jobs and being a mom to a beautiful (almost) seven year old daughter. I am blessed to live in the Evergreen State of Washington, where mountains reach towards the sky. I would love to travel someday, and when I am not creating I distance run or read.

I love surreal art, natural and vintage themes, textures, anything old or rusted, new collage techniques, encaustic wax, sparkly embellishments, funky stickers (anything numerical, alphabet letters, distressed, aged, old labels etc. not so much into hearts, sandy lion teacher stickers.)

Colors:

I love cool color palettes, such as blues, purples and greens, but really I love all colors in their own right..love metallics, a bit of sparkle.

I am NOT into:

anime, wizard/fantasy/fairy imagery, religious themes, cutesy animal themes, anything overly sugary sweet, pornography/degrading imagery, rascist/sexist/homophophic or intolerant content.

I love artistic, travel PC's, black and white photography, rockabilly/blues/punk music, old Bmovie ephemera (ex: 'Invasion From Mars', 'Eve Of Destruction' PC's themmed arounfd word River, Eve or stars, nature themes

Artists:

I love surreal art, not to be confused with fantasy (not so much into dungeons and dragons sort or mythical art), also some abstract, photography, M.C. Escher, HR Geiger, DaVinci, Art Nouveau, fifties kitzch/pop art, steampunk, Victorian Era romantic stylings, Edwardian.

Interests:

Nature,paranormal mysteries, space time anomalies, vintage children's literature, anything old and worn, world cultures and history, the genuine and the magical.

Materials wish list:
