I am very ecclectic in my musical likes. Country western is my favorite and the only type of music I really don't like is Vulgar Rap. My absolute favorite song is Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the USA", for now.

I am a 58 year old mom and grandmom. I love my kids, but always said that once they were grown, I couldn't wait to have grandkids. They are so much fun. I also work full time as a District Manager for a merchandising company where I travel extensively. Therefore, I may not be able to complete as many swaps as I'd like. I will have to pick and choose to enable me to complete them in the allotted time.

My favorite colors are purple and green. I love the autumn months because of all the beautiful colors. I don't like Black and Red that much unless in the right context.

I am a lover of animals, but, cats make me sneeze. I had a beagle when I was younger and she was a beautiful dog.

I have pierced ears but can only wear sterling silver earrings since I am allergic to the yellow in gold.

I also have celiacs disease and can't have anything that has wheat, rye or barley in it's ingredients.

I'm not that big of a reader. Most of the books that I read are craft books. But a good love story or mystery is always acceptable.

When I was married, I got into the habit of reading a mystery or harlequin romance until I would finish them. It could take me all night, but I had to keep going.

My favorite movies would be any Disney/Pixar movies. I'm a sucker for good animation. I also love to watch oldies, such as Arsenic and Old Lace and Singing in the Rain, etc.

The newer movies that I really like are the Harry Potter series of movies. My daughter got me involved with them. I never read the books, but, loved the movies.

I don't like action movies most of the time unless they are movies such as Star Wars and Star Trek.

My favorite actor is Jimmy Stewart and my favorite actress is Debbie Reynolds.

NCIS, Without a Trace, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. I also really like to watch Dancing with the Stars.

I don't like most of the reality shows. I think most of them are stupid and ridiculous. Not worth the money they pay the people on them.

Knitting, Crocheting, Wholecloth Quilting, Swedish Weaving,

I would love to be a good painter and am working toward that goal, but, haven't made it there yet.

Oil painting is not my favorite thing. I think that if I were a painter, it would be in Acrylic or Watercolors.

I play three instruments, the organ, tin whistle ( just learning) and the guitar. I learned to play the guitar because I couldn't take my organ with me to college.

Sheet music is the easiet thing for me to work with for the organ and guitar. I do write my own music, but, am not as good at the lyrics as the actual sounds.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, followed by Christmas and St. Patrick's day. I am Irish and love everything celtic.

I am starting to coupon and have to be careful as to what coupons I can accept.

I have celiacs disease and therefore, can't use any coupons for items that contain gluten.
