I teach sociology, read, and knit - and sometimes do all three at once :) My kid says my favorite place to visit is parking lots - because I'm there all the time waiting for him. (It isn't really - but - I let him have his delusions.)

I was going to grow up to be an anthropologist - but a professor encouraged my talents instead of letting me feel safe with the dead - and I ended up in Sociology :)

I ::DO:: have pets - and while I try my hardest to reduce pet fuzzies - there is more than a little chance that a cat, a dog (one of two), or a Kiddo will touch your things before they are sent out.

Recently, I started a new chapter in my life, and I look forward to trying new things.

I knit :) I have a fiber addiction, and I can't pretend like I'm any where near recovery :)

I've tried to scrapbook, and I have all sorts of scrapbooking stuff - but I never seem to get anywhere with it... mostly - it all collects dust.

Did I mention that I knit? :)

My favorite color is green, but I look dead in it.

I like yummy food treats, especially from different places. I'm game to try most things at least once - tho - if I see legs, heads, or antennae still attached, I'll probably decline to try it.

My favorite hobbies are reading and knitting - though, I don't have a lot of time for either.

My dream vacation is to rent a cottage in the south of France somewhere and just hide away from the world with books and yarn and yummy food and a bottle of wine with the excellent company of friends - old and new.
