I'm a big fan of crochet, especially amigurumi and other little "plushies". I love making and receiving inanimate objects with faces! I also recently got into birding/wird-watching and am starting to expirment with making bird-inspired plushies. I learned to sew about a year ago and have done a little quilting. I'm also into Jewelry making/beading and scrapbooking. I love wearing very big, SPARKLY jewelry! My favorite colors are really saturated blues, purples, and reds. I like to mix things up a bit by, say, adding some sparkly beads to a plush creature.

I live in New York City and take advantage of everything it has to offer! I love seeing new and interesting things every day. I get a little bored when I'm in a very quiet place for too long. I also go to the beach as often as I can - the ocean really inspires me. I am especially fascinated by sea creatures and birds. I am married and have two cats. I love modern art and architecture, and cutesy things like Hello Kitty and Ugly Dolls. I work full-time but always have lots of craft projects going at a time. They keep me sane and happy!

I love reading travel memoirs and have just started reading some classic literature. My current favorite is "Pride and Prejudice" but I'm trying some others too.

I love Top Chef and Project Runway. I watch lots of baseball on TV too. :)

In case my info above doesn't given enough clues, here are the kinds of things that I love to get: - Anything cute! Some examples: anything pink or sparkly, a cute plush animal, stuffed foods and inanimate objects, etc. In my opinion, immature = good! - Stuff that I can use when I do creative projects. I have lots of creative hobbies and always love to have a large collection of materials to work with, like buttons, beads, bits of fabric, scrapbooking supplies, ribbon, etc. - Anything related to CATS! :) - For food: I love almost all kinds of candies but am not a fan of caramel. I also like trying interesting teas and coffees. - Anything "local" to where you live - I love getting things that I can't find at home (East Coast USA)! - Stuffies! I love Hello Kitty and her friends, espcailly Chococat. I'm also very intrigued by Kawaii Plushies and similar items.
