I started recording Grey's Anatomy for a former co-worker and became addicted. I also watch (don't laugh) America's Next Top Model and Private Practice.

I have pretty open music tastes but really like alternative / punk rock music and country. Favorite artists include: The Goo Goo Dolls, John Mayer, Dave Matthews, Bare Naked Ladies, Maroon 5, Yellow Card, Superchic[k], Daydreamer, Plumb, Rascal Flats, Kenny Chesney, The Dixies Chicks, and Michael Buble (even though he fits neither the rock nor country category)

Husband and I own a large Biblical and Theological Studies library. I would imagine we have 800 - 1000 books.

Since I've begun my knitting and cupcaking hobbies, I've started collecting cupcake and knitting books. I dig the Stitch N BItch books and am dying to get my hands on a copy of Knitting Lingerie Style (calm down, the book is more than just lingerie patterns).

As far as cupcake books go, I only have Cupcakes! by Elinor Klivans and France Ruffenach and a Taste of Home Cupcake magazine.

While I'd say I'm a crafty person in general, the only ones I do consistently are knitting and cupcakes. I like knitting socks and gifts for others. I'm currently trying to knit some sweaters before it gets too cold. Find me on Ravlery (my name is CarissaMarie).

I've been in a bit of a cupcaking rut lately (things have been busy...haven't had much time) but I like doing fun and artsy cupcake things whether it's an atypical recipe (like vanilla chai tea latte) or fun decorations.
