Hand Made Drop Spindle Swap

This is a swap for spinners or wanna-be spinners to create and swap homemade drop spindles.

Feel free to be creative with your materials. Requirements are:

1. Spindles should be made by you

2. Top/Bottom whorl, hook or not is up to creator

3. Materials should cost you less than $10 before postage

4. Please make it something you would love to spin with (it might be nice to test it and make sure it spins nicely and doesn't have parts that will catch). And while it should be inexpensive, it should also be of decent quality (so not old chewed-on pencils with AOL CD's...unless you alter them so that it's really cool)

5. Swap is limited to those residing in North America only. If there is sufficient interest, we may do an international swap including our friends on other continents later.

6. Swap is limited to those with a rating of 5.0. Newbies may participate, but please message me first.

Sign-ups will close February 1st. Please mail your spindle by February 15th.
