My name is Melissa, I am a mother to a wonderful little boy named Mason. Recently my mother, sister and I were in a horrible rollover accident. I broke my L4 vertebrae so i am in a back brace for 3 months. This accident has taught me not to take life for granted. I enjoy baking cupcakes and cookies, a pastime that was passed down to me from my grandmother...I use her mixing bowl every time. I like to cook and try to use new recipes often. I live in Arizona so I love to take advantage of the gorgeous weather as often as possible. I LOVE a good glass of moscato or riesling, recently I have discovered an great sparkling wine called Villa Alena Moscato D'Asti, it is ahh-mazing! LOL You can find it at Trader Joes. I love to read YA books, like Beautiful Disaster and The 50 Shades Series. I Love getting mail, I promise that everything I send would be something that I would Love to receive myself. :)

MUSIC: Music is a pretty big part of my life, I grew up sharing my mothers passion for music. I like anything from Blues to Classic Rock. Some of my faves include; Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Skip James, Muddy Waters, The Band, Joni Mitchell, The Grateful Dead, The Rolling Stones, Led Zepplin, The Reverend Horton Heat, Slightly Stoopid, Roxy Music, Jack Johnson, Sublime, Nelly Furtado, G-Love, etc.

MOVIES: I absolutely LOVE movies. I am the type of person who will memorize a movie, I do not mind watching my favorites over and over. I enjoy Romance, comedy, Quentin Tarantino movie, etc. Some of my favorites include: True Romance, Pulp Fiction, A clock work orange, Pay it forward, Breakfast at Tiffanys, Horrible Bosses, etc.

TV: I LOVE LOVE LOVE I Love Lucy she was an amazingly funny actress and I never get tired of watching that show. My favorite episode is the Harpo Marx one. I also enjoy watching Martha Stewart, Diners Drive-ins and Dives (I may have mixed that one up), 90210, Cup Cake Wars, 2 Broke Girls, Roseanne, Gilmore Girls, you're the worst, Fear the walking dead, RHOWOC, etc.

CRAFTS: I love to make anything with glitter and embellishments. My new favorite craft is using Swarovski rhinestones to bling stuff, it is fun and pretty! My favorite colors are red, pink, turquoise and black. Things I use regularly are glitter, sequins, rubber stamps, studio g ink pads, metallic sharpies, cardstock, chipboard, ephemera, acrylic paint, brads, photo squares, bottle caps, bottle cap images, and beads, deco tape, Scrap booking is one of my favorite things to do. Right now I have really been into making ATC's, matchbook shrines with Loteria (Mexican trading cards) and Frida Khalo. I really enjoy anything from the dollar bin at Micheals.

INTERESTS: I LOVE collecting things.. Some of my collections include; Stars, buttons, tins, frogs, I Love Lucy, salt and pepper shakers, magnets, State/country post cards, stamps, jars, Day of the dead items, anything rockabilly, etc.

Favorite stores: Target (to say that I love target would be an understatement), Home Goods, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Ross, Victorias Secret, Bath and Body Works, Christmas Tree Shop (we dont have any here but when I go to cape cod I always love shopping there), and bed bath and beyond.

The only things I ask that you please don't send is any tea or coffee related items as I have a caffeine sensitivity. Also please nothing with peanuts, my son is allergic.
