Comment: still marked unsent as of 7-4-17 and is partially suspended. **11/23/2018 UPDATE. received a postcard in a handmade envelope . it was not sealed shut. it only had .29 (29 cents) on it and i had to pay the remainder to receive it.
Response: Awww. I even took it to the post office and had them make sure the postage was correct. . Glad the post card made it safe
