Hi all! My name is Sarah and I love to make art! I've been into mail art since 2010 on and off (time permitting) and since I'll be stuck working at home through the end of the year, I figured I have plenty of time to get back into it!

I am a digital art and design tutor for the local community college. I love helping the students learn about art, the programs we use, and showing them they do have what it takes to make great art!

Me and my awesome husband have been married for 10 years, together for 14. We have one fur baby and her name is Daisy. She is 12 yrs old this year (2020) and is a BUG (Boston Terrier/Pug mix).

Some of my favorite arts and crafts:

Painting - acrylic, oil, and digital. Watercolor on occasion, but I need to practice more.

Drawing

Crochet and Knitting. I like crochet more than knitting as I feel it's more freeing.

Latch Hook - so relaxing!

I've tried punch needle and embroidery, but still need to practice to really get into it. I have so many ideas!

Asemic writings / Fluxus Art

I love all types of music really. My most favorites are hard rock and classic rock. My spotify playlists consist of a little bit of everything, Techno, dance, d&b, some rap, some country (mostly old school like Willie Nelson and Hank Williams), LoFi beats, 90's alternative and one hit wonders :D (guilty pleasures), and a few other genres.

I will read anything sci-fi,fantasy, horror-comedies. Terry Brooks is a favorite author of mine. He is a fantasy writer and has written so many incredible stories like The Landover Series. Filled with wizards,witches,dragons,unicorns..pretty much loads of magical goodness. :)

I also enjoy browsing/collecting comics. I love the art style and could end up flipping through hundreds of comics just looking at the art work... :)

Sci-fi/fantasy Horror Comedies Dramas MST3K movies because they are just greatness.

Zombie movies are an all time favorite of mine. I don't care how b rated it is - if it's got zombies I'm watchin it!
