Hi Everyone!

I have always loved snail mail! Especially postcards which is the main thing that I swap - naked, stamped and written please unless the swap calls for an envelope!

***Please contact me if you do not receive the swap before rating me! I will always send it so if you do not receive it, something went wrong with the post and i will do my best to fix it! Every now and then my illness gets in the way of me sending on time but I promise I will let you know ASAP if it will be a couple days late! ***

ABOUT ME:

I am 32 years old and live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

I have had multiple chronic illnesses for the past four years that basically presented themselves overnight. Life is very challenging but I try to always hold on to peace and use mindfulness and humour to cope.

My husband is my best friend and biggest support. He teaches high school literature. We live in an old character home full of books and that brings us joy.

Life, for me, is all about connection. I love to learn about others and hear their stories. I'm a social worker and would love to recover my health and return to work someday.

DISLIKES:

-Pink and light purple.

-Anything overly "frilly" or "princessy."

-Gluten (I have celiac disease).

-When people don't write a comment with their rating. People put a lot of heart into what they send (at least I do) and it doesn't take a lot of time to write a little comment about what you have recieved.

Honestly though, anything is appreciated. As long as someone completes the swap and puts some effort in, I'm grateful. Just seeing happy mail in my mailbox brightens my day.
