Feb 25, 2023- After much testing to find out what has happening to my teen daughter’s body, the test results lead us to Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. My daughter was diagnosed with poly articular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, which is basically early onset rheumatoid arthritis. Her body is attacking itself. She started a form of chemotherapy in early February. She will be having a surgery in March to draw off the excess fluid on her knees, as well as take care of some other issues.

Last week, my sister got news that she has stage five renal failure and it’s going to need a kidney transplant.

I am awaiting spinal surgery and the pain is agonizing. Before I can have the surgery, I have to lose 80 pounds. I’ve lost 45 at this point. I have hypothyroidism and polycystic ovarian syndrome, and most days I feel like the cards are stacked against me when it comes to weight loss.

I’m going to cut down on swapping and try to get my mental health in a better place. I so wish I could take my daughters pain away and make it mine. I will try to join swaps occasionally so please don’t delete me! Lol.

For sticker & note card themes, I love anything Autumn related (apples, pumpkins, etc.), snowmen, Christmas, flowers...just about anything BUT teacher reward and boyish toys like transformers or whatever. I don't need anymore Dollar Store type note cards...have lots of those!

I love milk chocolate, peanut M & M's, Reese’s Peanut Butter cups, gum, etc. Not a fan of black licorice or raisins.

I am a Christian, so I love Christian themed things...not a collector of angels or anything, but I'm not offended by stickers or cards with Scriptures on them...in fact, I love them!

I love to shop at Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Joann Fabrics, Half Price Books, Homegoods, etc.

My daughter LOVES to receive mail! Her birthday is July 1 (2008). Her name is Ryleigh.
