I like to make things to swap from time to time, so that's why I'm here. I'm Paula at Ravelry, if you're there too.

I like pastels. I like cool colors (as opposed to warm colors--do not like red or orange much).

I love to knit socks. I like to dye yarn and roving. I live where scarves and mittens and gloves aren't that useful. I occasionally knit sweaters. I knit things I can felt (yes, I know that isn't the technical term when something's knit then shrunk, that's fulling).

Mostly fiber arts: I knit, crochet, sew, embroider, and more. I'm learning to spin. I sometimes do altered books. I do things with beads (embellishing other things, not usually jewelry). Sometimes I make shrines and other 3 dimensional constructions. Some quilting.
