I love having a creative outlet and meeting other creative people...craft talk makes me giddy. I have been scrapbooking, making cards, and making journals for 20+ years.
My wonderful husband and I love to travel...especially the state & national parks and Route 66 ...the USA is such a beautiful and diverse country..We love to go camping, cruises, the mountains, and the shore.
Since joining Swap-bot, I now have a new hobby/obsession...stuffing envies with personalized items from other's profiles for swaps!! Wow! I have so much fun creating special packages for fellow swappers! I love class kits and inspiration kits so making envies for swappers makes me giddy with excitement...it's so cool to think of what someone may create with items I sent them. It makes me smile to think that someone's day will be brighter when they receive my swap in the mail.
I take great pride in each of my swaps and I always put a lot of time and effort into reading my partner's profile and try to send a swap that reflects this. I also like to include extras because who wouldn't like extras? I rate swaps as soon as I receive them.
Things that make me happy include:
*quiet time
*time to create
*chocolate (yum)
*Nature!!! Love trees, mountains, streams
*ANTIQUING!!!!!! I live in Pennsylvania and we have the best antiquing!

My passion is paper crafting...card making, altered art, mini albums, rubber stamping, altered journals, making hatpins/stickpins, junk journals, gelli plate mono printing, watercoloring, art journaling
I love to tea stain paper and experiment with other natural dyes...making gorgeous yellow paper with turmeric for example.
I very much appreciate the vintage style and shabby chic. I love the bohemian style. I love retro style...like the 50's.
My style is more sophisticated rather than cutesy.
I would love to receive some vintage ledger paper and vintage music sheets!!

Profile Hello Swap. Hi Pam. I loved reading your profile. I to joined swap-bot to make friends. I don't like going to the mail box except when I know that something might be waiting for me. Do you have a favorite country artist or Doo Wop artist? I Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Your swap partner. Edna
Hey! I am one of your profile hello partners. All the traveling you do sounds great! I've never even been camping, haha. Plan on doing that soon though. I have recently started scrapbooking. Over the years I have bought so many things to use for scrapbooking I recently decided it was FINALLY time to put them to use. You seem very creative! Hope you have a great day! =)
Profile Hello Swap From the movies you love to the things that make you happy, it all sounds so soothing! Great profile!
Someone else who loves rainy days! I have to ask this. Do you get more creative when it's raining out? I certainly do. Amusingly enough, the worse the storm, the more creative I get. When you mentioned "doing something nice for someone just to ease their day", have you heard of the 29 Gifts Project at all? It's a fantastic project, and something I've been trying to work on for some time now. I hope you are enjoying the "Profile Hello" swap.
