I love paper, stamping, card making, book binding. Paper is my solace. Mail art, letters, and gifting what I make makes room for new things. I am joining swap bot for fun, to bring smiles to other's faces, and to be inspired. I can't wait to get started!

You name it, I listen to is, except heavy metal. Right now Lyle Lovett, Lisa Loeb, and Mozart are in heavy rotation. My I husband is in the music industry and all my boys play something, I just listen and enjoy.

The Wizard of Oz is my all time favorite. Recently I've enjoyed Despicable Me 1 & 2, The Way Way Back, and I'm looking forward to seeing the new Muppets movie. But I'd almost always rather be crafting than watching a movie.

Paper, paper, paper! I just took out my grandmother's antique sewing machine and started making puppets with the kids so sewing a new craft to be explored. But at heart I am a paper crafter. I can't really draw so I "collect" rubber stamps. I have a large collection. Recently I have been exploring more obscure rubber stamp companies, and trying to carve my own stamps (hard when you can't draw...) I do more card, book, and box making and not so much scrapbooking.

I can't draw myself so always appreciate images, doodles, embellishments from those who can. Really, any hand crafted creation is welcome. My favorite colors are purples, greens, metallic, and pinks. I have three school age boys and I have to have pink and well placed glitter in my life.

I love the sea, sea creatures, and all things sailing related. I am a native New Yorker and love that city and state. I love the outdoors.

Repurposing, recycling, reusing are all important to me (clean please). I try to buy local and watch my carbon footprint.

I'm not particularly religious, into recipes, cute animals, or anime. Please no food, candy, tea, candles.
