I'm a Christian, teacher, College student who home schools her children. I love to cook, travel, listen to music, and learn. I had pen pals why back in the day when they use to be in the back of magazines. I thought this would be a nice thing to introduce to my students as well.
I LOVE anything rose, I am a gardener and absolutely love flovers, nature especially butterflys. Lovely Victorian style pictures, postcards especially travel and places around the world! I have no problem loving to receive gifts in the mail, that is so exciting and long and short letters, poetry oh yes! I appreciate art and creativity. I love lots of color and fun laughter but most of all be yourself and send with love! I truly appreciate insprational cards and scenery stuff such as beaches, sunsets, vacay and forest, birds etc. love tea and anything you want to send.

New to this I am new to creating SWAPS. I love it and wanted to give newly rated or not at all rated people a chance to enjoy swapping. It has come to my attention that some people will take advantage of this by joining every newbie SWAP but wonât send their swaps. I had to ban a person and for future reference, I will have a swapping rate because thereâs nothing worse than to send your SWAP and get nothing in return! We all hate that right! I can remember doing that in gift exchanging when you bring gifts and your partner conveniently forgets about you. So, to make this SWAP right Iâm sending certain people out their SWAP myself in exchange for the person that keeps flaking people!
My advice to NEWBIES is to pre-buy you some beautiful stationery, stamps, teas, washi tape, post cards etc. and be ready for this SWAPBOT because it can be expensive to start out from scratch and then your discouraged from sending. Better yet, read the SWAPS carefully, and if you canât send then exit out the group before partners are assigned and you're committed!
More tips
Going to the post office with your SWAPS and having them weigh and tell you exactly how much it will cost to send will save you from having a return SWAP. Sometimes you can be 1 cent under and they will return it and you loss money and time, so I usually buy a book of stamps and add 1 or 2 but go to local post office and they will determine if I need more stamps, special stamps for it not to go through a machine, flat rate, etc. but donât just slap a stamp on and think your good because you may be surprised! Just stuff I learned along the way. Also, if you have a local dollar store you may find that those yellow packing envelopes are cheaper instead of the post office. When sending stuff like hot chocolates you can wrap it in a cheap plastic sandwich bag, using tissue paper, napkins, and so on is another cheap way to pack. Thanks, and keep the SWAPPING!
Upsets me!!!
If you want to correct me or share something private PLEASE email me privately, donât put it all on my SWAP and try to put me on blast because I take that as rude and will not hesitate to block you and delete your comment, you wouldnât want anybody to do that to you so donât do that to others. Understand that we all make mistakes and thereâs a first for everything.
