Hey! My name is Kelsey Woods. I am originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, but I am attending university in Greenville, NC. I work as a nanny and I enjoy going on outings to the park, library, and museums with the two-year-old I care for. As a result of my work with children, I am interested in everything related to children's education and I collect picture books! At home, I love to cook new recipes and spend time with my girlfriend. We are currently learning some American Sign Language together which I really enjoy. We also frequently have game nights to play card games with friends. I love cats and have an orange tabby cat named 'Tater'. I love to read and listen to audiobooks, particularly nonfiction and memoirs. I am interested in history and LGBTQ topics. I am interested in art and love to create whenever I can through painting, collage, and card-making. I try to visit art museums whenever I'm traveling. I love all things floral and feminine, I wear dresses whenever I get the chance and my apartment is decorated in every color of the rainbow. My favorite colors are yellow and green. I enjoy the outdoors and love visiting the mountains and the beach. I love trying new coffee shops and restaurants with friends; I am definitely a foodie. My favorite meal is good Mexican food with a classic margarita. I love all sorts of music, I collect vinyl records, and I used to sing in a choir. I enjoy practicing yoga, meditating, and journaling.

My goal with joining swap-bot is to connect with others and I am excited to send and receive surprises in the mail! Please don't feel any pressure to send the "perfect" or "right" thing. I would love to receive a message about you and what's going on in your life on a card/postcard that means something to you!

I try my hardest to get things sent out on time, but sometimes my brain is scattered! If you don't receive a swap from me, feel free to message me and I will send another! If you end up sending a swap out late, no need to stress.

We are moving apartments at the end of July, so I won't be signing up for new swaps for a couple of weeks to prevent anything from getting lost, but I'll be back to swapping in August 2023!
